Living on a working wine farm also presents our students with an 'unfair' advantage to those living in the 'big smoke'. Residents of TCA House are allowed to go for runs amongst the vineyards, go mountain biking, swim in the farm dam on their doorstep, participate in the harvest and grow their own vegetables. For extra pocket-money, students can work at the Backsberg Wine Tasting Room as well as the Backsberg Restaurant over weekends.
